At Erkin Plastik, the production process — from raw material preparation to inspecting and packing the finished product — is carried out within a single production system. This lets us control quality, dimensional accuracy and production consistency at every stage.
The main stages — raw material preparation, yarn manufacturing, weaving, cutting, sewing and inspecting the finished product — are all carried out at our own facility. This gives us better control over production timelines, quality and compliance with technical requirements.
* Production time may vary depending on order volume and technical specifications.
Each stage determines the quality of the next.
Polypropylene raw material is prepared with additives, melted on the extrusion line and turned into flat PP tapes.
The tapes produced by extrusion are drawn out into high-strength PP yarn, which is wound onto bobbins for weaving.
The prepared PP yarn is woven into strong, uniform polypropylene fabric on weaving looms.
The woven fabric is cut to the order's dimensions, with logo or marking printed as needed.
The cut fabric is sewn according to the product's construction (bag, Big Bag, loops, top/bottom).
Finished products are checked for correct dimensions, seam quality, appearance and order requirements. Products that pass inspection are packed and prepared for shipment.
From raw material to finished product, key parameters are checked at the corresponding stage of the production process.
