CEMENT BAGS

Valve, block-bottom bags for cement, gypsum, dry building mixes and chemical raw materials — made of laminated woven PP fabric, paper-plastic composite and multi-ply paper. They protect powder and granular materials from moisture, caking and spillage. Manufactured at a partner factory — Erkin Plastik takes the order, agrees the technical specification and arranges delivery.

Valve laminated woven PP bag

VALVE LAMINATED WOVEN PP BAG

A block-bottom woven PP bag, filled automatically through a valve. Lamination protects against moisture and allows high-quality printing. The primary type for cement and dry mixes.

Valve woven PP bag with inner paper ply and PE liner

+ INNER PAPER PLY / PE LINER

The same valve laminated PP bag, with an additional paper ply and/or polyethylene liner inside. Extra protection for fine powders and especially moisture-sensitive materials.

Sewn-mouth bag, paper-plastic composite

SEWN-MOUTH, PAPER-PLASTIC COMPOSITE

Kraft paper on the outside, a woven plastic layer inside (optionally with a PE liner). The mouth is sewn — suited to standard filling lines. For chemical raw materials, special cements and non-food powders.

MULTI-PLY VALVE PAPER BAG

Three plies of kraft paper (optionally with one plastic layer), an external valve, block bottom. The classic paper cement bag for adhesives and dry mixes.
